As we're a wee B & B we provide an exclusive room, giving you a quiet retreat and a high level of service. The room has it's own mini en-suite, with a lavatory, sink and a selection of complimentary toiletries. Beautiful artisan hand soap is supplied by Spirit Tree - a Scottish based natural skincare company. Luxurious bathrobes are provided for your use during your stay, ideal for relaxing in your room, or when visiting the shared shower room facility.
There is free reliable fast WiFi and Sky Q, giving you access to hundreds of channels, movies and box sets on demand.
You have your own mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a selection of teas and coffees. The fridge includes non diary milks, fruit juices and yoghurt’s. Vegan snacks and treats are there to tempt you, sat provocatively near a bowl of fresh fruit.
The room includes a number of original pieces of art by local artists, a fair few curios (one of which we have no idea what it's function is - let us know if you can work it out!) and a collection of books on Scottish folklore, history and a wide variety of subjects we hope will resonate with your inner bibliophile.
Prices start at £45.00 per night for one person, or just £10.00 extra for two. Prices vary with the seasons, discount offers and reductions depending on how long you're staying with us.
"Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We arrived here while it was raining and you welcomed us so warmly! The dinner you pre-pared for us was delicious and the vegan-tweisted-full Scottish breakfast as well. It's so nice to find a totally vegan accommodation! And you are so kind!! Thanks for everything and the advice regarding the vegan restaurants in Edinburgh... We'll neeed it! Our only regret is not staying here for longer. Hope to meet you again!"

"Came specifically because the place was vegan. So lovely not to have to keep asking what was in the food and to know everything was suitable. Food was amazing and plentiful. Was like a stuffed cushion after each meal! All the wee extras (haggis crisps, yummy) are a lovely touch. Definitely be coming back. Lovely people, lovely place. Thank you Frances, Robin & Sandy.
My granddaughter even got to name a hen. Wee Ginger Biscuit!"

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your lovely home. The breakfast was fantastic - I worked in vegan restaurants for years and this was far better than what we served! This was the perfect way to end our stay in Scotland. I have many vegan friends who I will be recommending your B&B to!"
